I walked in on a Saturday morning, so I was expecting a wait.   There were 5 people in front of me.  Check in area was quick, they took my insurance info then I waited for the MA. She called me in and my vitals and quick medical history and symptoms of the reason for my visit.  Then I was brought to the exam room where I waited for the Dr. I saw Dr. Jorgensen after waiting for only about 10 minutes.  1st impression- very pleasant, very professional.  He took time with me to discuss my reason for my visit,  and my past medical history.  He was in with me for about 15 minutes.  We discussed different options for my treatment.   I left there very satisfied with my care and treatment options. 
Very satisfied.  And if needed, I would definitely return to this office in the future.

Otto Joegansen, MD is the best of the best. Have used this site for years; and told my sons that I think they would be very hard pressed to find a better doctor. Now all three of them use him, by choice when they need to see a physician. Fast, clean, friendly and efficient office as well.

Just went on Tuesday and at 9am I was one of the first people there (even though they opened at 8am). Waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was easy and quick. Doctor was great and understanding. I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Otto Jorgensen is the ONLY doctor I will ever go to. He is very knowledgeable and has a great disposition which makes a stressful trip to the medical facility less unnerving.  I like that he explains to me exactly why I am feeling the way that I do and what I can do to help alleviate my symptoms. The problem with doctors today is that they don't take the time to do this and treat you like you are a pin cushion. I was sick on Monday and waited until Dr. Jorgensen was available on Tuesday to get checked...that is how strongly I feel about his capability and expertise as a doctor.

I went there with two broken ribs. They thought I was some regular 20 something year old looking for pills and told me it was muscular. So I went back to work and re broke my ribs three times after that. Had I known, (x-rays were taken as well!!) I would've rested properly. Scum bags
