I had never had to use an Urgent Care facility before but when the flu hit my household on a Sunday, I had no choice. MedExpress was the only location I could find that had the flu swab available. They provided quick and friendly service and I also received a follow up call a few days later!!!

Service is fast and professional up till you leave. This is the second time that we have gone and medicine was incorrect. Called back to get this corrected and you get told the Doctor will call you back. You never hear from them. This will go on for days till you give up. If you go back in and pay the fee again they will give you the correct medication. 

I will keep using this place but don't expect caring staff.

Staff is never the same. Seems like they move through doctors like you change your socks.

This facility and probably all their other facilities don't like truck drivers or men perhaps!   The women working there could care less and would just rather push you through and get done with their day!  "Pathetic"  Attention Truck Drivers : Do Not Use These Facilities for DOT Physicals!  They are Men and Truck Driver Haters!
I'm not going to contact them so they can half ass review my visit!  They just write that reply so you will think they care!

Not a fan of immediate care centers or doctor's offices for that matter.  My visit today was excellent.  They weren't busy when I got there but I was checked-in, seen and was out of there all within 45 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. If needed, I will return.

I had the best experience I've ever had with a walk-in clinic. I went early on a Sunday, I was seen almost immediately, and I was treated efficiently and effectively. All the staff, nurse, doctor were quick, professional, and competent. The next morning, I had a bad reaction to the prescription, but I was able to call, speak with the doctor, and get a new prescription sent to my pharmacy almost immediately. You'll never have a "good" experience when you're dealing with an illness, but the service here was great!
