Saturday morning I arrived at 9 AM I gave the receptionist my insurance card and ID. I waited for 45 minutes and still no one called me up to actually register. I did not see a single patient go back into the office to see a doctor. I watch the receptionist walk back-and-forth getting herself food and sitting and eating her food talking to the other receptionist next to her while my card sat on the desk in front of her. needless to say since I have an eight week baby at home and two other small children waiting for their mama I walked out of facility an hour later having accomplished absolutely nothing. Still waiting to actually register. Waste of time

The staff is friendly, but the doctor wrongly diagnosed me with a sexual disease. I went to a regular gynecologist and he told me that. But until I found the answer, I had weeks of worrying and stress. This place should have helped me, not the opposite. Because this country has the most expensive health care in the planet! They say it is because the best doctor are here, and I could not see that yet.

While the building looks nice, and the waiting area is updated and pretty, it doesn't make up for the fact that the staff is subpar in my opinion. While I tried to get a very simple new employee health screening completed, this apparently confused staff greatly. They did not understand a simple form, gave me misinformation about their readiness to provide services, and offered no reasonable expectation as to whether they could rectify the situation. Needless to say, if they can't handle the simple stuff why would I see them for medical evaluations? I left and went elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly. Clean. Early enough that wait time was minimal. Doctor well educated and friendly. Good experience.

it's taken over 2 hours to even go to the back room this wait is god awful especially when you're dog sick. IF YOURE READING THIS DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME you'd be better off making an appointment somewhere else or going to the ER
