New to the Medford area, came to the co-op tonight and had a great experience. Started at the cafe next door which had delicious food. Was very pleased by the ingredients in their food and the seasonings were spot-on; very well balanced use of herbs and spices and not over salted. We had sampling’s of a stew, some brown rice, roasted veggies, tempeh enchilada, and some yellow split pea Dahl. Everything was great! Then we headed to the co-op grocery. We took some time to thoroughly browse their inventory. Most items we commonly buy are comparatively priced with other stores in the area. There were also some items that were a bit more pricey; however, it is nice to know it supports a co-op and tonight the convenience kept me from having to make another stop somewhere else. Finally, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful this evening. We had an awesome conversation with one of the guys(Jimmy), one of their manager who works with ordering their wines; my spouse and I both learned a lot about local wineries and vineyards. I’ve been looking for a particular apple cider for almost a year and Jimmy was eager to do a little research to see if they could carry it in their store. Great store, great cafe, great people, will definitely be going back!

Love the co op anyway for groceries, but now there’s a cafe next door. Delicious meals, reasonable prices, and so many healthy options. New favorite lunch spot, for sure!

This store has to be one of the prettiest grocery stores in Jackson County! Also, you can have a free organic banana on the house. Can't beat that! The prices are slightly more expensive than Ashland Co'op, but if you happen to be in the area, it is worthwhile to come here. The have also recently made a cafe, which has a few things on the menu we can eat and enjoy as organic gluten-free vegans.
