I came in with my father to get a CPAP machine for him, and was amazed at the great service I encountered at his store. Bill, the owner, made sure my father and I knew everything we needed to know about the machine and even more. On the way in, we were greeted with kind gestures, and on the way out, the same thing. I would definitely recommend anyone to this store...there is none other like it.

Took a handicapped friend here for many supplies.  Bill seems knowledgable....very deceaving.... service is terrible.  Purchased a lift chair and after while still under warranty it stopped working properly and when called the store they gave me a repair service phone number for me to arrange service myself and pay for it.  Calling is a waste of time.....dummies answering.  Service is absolutely horrible....unproffessional.  I DO NOT recommend this store!!! Run the other way.

My wife and I had a really bad experience with Bill. After two years we still have not gotten back our deposit on a wheelchair that he ordered wrong. It was too small for My brother, he never measured him to see what chair will fit him and now my next step is to take him to court to get my deposit back. What a shame that he takes advantage of people and has no honor. He said he would refund  us and never did. Stay away a rat in sheep clothing.

Medi Mart has a courteous and helpful staff. Bill, the owner/manager, is extremely knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction. He was upfront about insurance coverage of the device I purchased and took time to assist with and then set up my selection. Bill also makes himself available on the phone for customer problems or concerns.
