Love going here! So much to get for cheap and they offer to rent items for parties.

I was upsold to a huge over-sized and heavy $99 helium tank by Allen, when a much smaller one would have sufficed. Secondly, the nozzle was defective and helium was flying out from every where. I brought the tank back and the manager, Steven, refused to give a refund for the barely used tank. They offered a lousy 20$ store credit. I had to scramble the day of my daughter's b-day party to get balloons filled as the tank was defective and opted to get from Party City instead. Safe to say I will not be using Party Fair in the future due to their unfair treatment of customers and poor customer service. Party City is run much better.

Received excellent and friendly service by Andrew.  Great place to buy nice discounted greeting cards.
