Story

Design for Print:
20 years experience designing all kinds of printed material for many varied industries. Clients have included a national retail products division of a major bank, international food manufacturers, national franchisors, associations and more.

8 years experience selling commercial printing, mailing, and fulfillment.

Owned a commercial, full service offset printing, mailing and fulfillment company that distributed products nationally for several large, well-known companies.

Knowledge of what a printer requires mechanically with respect to the colors, layout and file types ensures that my completed art files are truly "Ready to Print".

Web Development:
We will design a website with custom art that will make your site stand out. Can be built on a popular template that you choose, which will allow you to make updates. We do all of the initial work!

Printing Services:
On demand digital short run copying or long run full color publications. Extensive experience in commercial printing ensures your job will be done right!

David and Suzi are very accommodating and easy to work with.  They have managed our website for several years.  Today it is extremely difficult to call a business and get in touch with a person.  If you get their voice mail and leave a message, they return your call promptly.  I was receiving 100's of spam emails a day and David took care of and is saving me hours of time and therefore I'm more productive. Suzi Vincent is a wonderful creative talent and has done all of my marketing material since I started in business.  I have had many people approach me about doing marketing with them and I always work with Media Mouse Ink.  I cannot imagine working with anyone else.

I needed a website designed and a webform created for online ordering.  Dealing with Suzi, the owner was fine, if not a little slow at times.  Understandable if the office is handling multiple jobs.  The website that was designed was very nice, but nothing spectacular.  No complaints, that's pretty much what I wanted.

My main issue is with Dave Weber, the person who was supposed to design my webform.  From the moment I met him, he came across a bit arrogant.  Hey, people are different, right?  But, he said he could do the work and knew what I wanted and that he'd get it done.

Problem is, it wasn't done.  Not in the least.  It took far too long to get some progress made, and I had to call them back a few times just to get a status update on the job.  The form he created was hastily made and incomplete. Even when I sent him a working demo of what I wanted, it still wasn't as well made as it should have been.

After meeting with Suzi and Dave for the last time, I was told the job would be done in week; it wasn't.  Later that month; it wasn't.  Dave called to schedule a meeting to get it right, but then cancelled that meeting three times.  The last time, he actually called my cell phone, FROM HIS OFFICE, and told me he was too sick (cough, cough) to meet.

I haven't heard from either Suzi or Dave since.  I wasted 4 months of my time for a job I ended up taking to GoDaddy and doing myself in 4 days.

Dealing w/ Suzi might be fine, but I would never deal with Dave Weber again. If you're looking for something simple, look around and see if you can't make it yourself, first!
