I came to the Verizon store on Selby and High today. The rep helped me setup my new Fitbit. This is the only Verizon I care to come to. Everyone there is always so helpful. I am on a first name basis with them. They are great!  Thanks

I've been coming here for years and they're fantastic. Better than any store that I've ever been to. Has done troubles with a virus on my phone and they cleared it all up for me. Thanks a Million

I came into the Verizon wireless store with my two year old in tow...dicey situation. The employees made my experience quick and easy. My options and plan were explained clearly and I was in and out of the store within my one hour time limit (with a new phone!). We will return to this store for future purchases and support.

I live out of the area, phx, and only take care of my phone when I visit my son in columbus.  2 years ago i got my phone in one of the stores for this chain.  The rep was so nice, it didnt feel like the normal rush sales .

When I stopped in today to check out my phone, I was glad to see the same rep that had helped me two years ago in the store!  The experience was just as pleasant.  I got a new phone, all set up and at a great deal.
