We offer a variety of healthcare services including primary care, pediatric care, behavioral health services. women's health services, dental services, and we have our own pharmacy. We have locations on Golden Camp Road, Walton Way, Wrens, GA, and Keysville, GA

Waited over an hour to be called back for a scheduled appointment. When i walked up to see if i needed to reschedule for the patient the answer was oh they should be coming. Should be...... i waited 5 more minutes before they came. Angry does not begin to explain my feelings as i sit in this lobby waiting for them to finish. I will not be back. 2:40 pm appt to be called back at 3:55 pm. We could have at least gotten a courtesy to make the choice to wait or not. Now i have to work even later to catch up on what i missed.

I needed a new primary care physician because I was new to the area. The doctor was yawning during my whole appointment and seemed disinterested. Guess I didn't have an interesting enough medical issue. He didn't refill the prescriptions I had been on for years which was the main reason for my appointment in the first place. They wanted me to make additional appointments for other doctors in their practice, even though primary care physicians have been sufficient every other time I went to a doctor. The nurse was more interested in taking surveys about their performance. After walking out with nothing accomplished, I get a follow up phone call trying to get new appointments with their other doctors again.  I got a bill in the mail six months later and still wasn't sure for what. I'm so mad I didn't complain at the time, but I was really anxious about going to the doctor already. Totally disappointed.

They got attitudes  they don't want to work with you either they don't want to work with you they'd I won't explain  to you they tell you to bring something and they change their mind. waste of time  energy. My doctor are excellent there I'm talking about the people's greet you when you come in.

I had no problem with the long wait, because I understand that happens. First, I tried to go to the dentist at an office near my house, but because I am pregnant my doctor (at Golden camp road location) had to confirm it was ok for me to get my teeth cleaned. They sent a fax over every day for 2 weeks and no response from the doctor. I called everyday. The phone was answered one time and I was told to send it over again and it would be completed asap. Didn't happen. Got the dentist to fax over the paperwork and it never got completed. I ended up driving an hour and a half there (because that's how far I live from the office) to get them to fill it out, and brought it to the dentist so I could be seen. Second, I was scheduled for my glucose test. They scheduled me 2 weeks to early. Again I drove a total round trip of 3 hours to be told they made a mistake and they can't do the test for another 2 weeks. Third, I have had my breast pump forms filled out for 4 months. The company said, they will fax over the paperwork to the doctor's office to get confirmation that I am eligible for it and they would mail it out by Feb 16th. Today is March 9th and I am having a baby in 4 days so I called the breast pump company to see what was going on. They have sent 6 fax to the Golden Camp Road office and never received anything back. I absolutely hate this office.
