Medical Pavilion Clinic has rendered to the community since 1984. Our goal is to serve the residents of Charlotte county by providing the highest quality of healthcare at an affordable cost. The Medical Pavilion Clinic is designed with your busy life-style in mind. Our nurses work with patients and their families in planning and supervising the patients healthcare. In conjunction with home health and under the doctors supervision, they teach the patient and family about health maintenance and illness prevention. If equipment and medical supplies are needed, our nurses can make necessary arrangements.

Upon meeting this man for the first time as a new patient, I found him to be DEMEANING, AGGRESSIVE, SARCASTIC, CONTENTIOUS and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. As a patient, I was looking for a doctor to teamwork with me to manage my health and well being. As a vulnerable patient, I trust and have a high regard for medical professionals, but this is not the case with David Ballestas. On the other hand, his front office staff is very professional.

Three hours of FL BCBS and clinic back and forth to finally discover they are out of network so it's $200 to be seen, insurance is worthless there, not much fun when you are sick as you can be. Staff not really helpful, office mgr trying but underlings not so nice, especially the lil blonde gal, she was antagonistic the whole way through. This is what is wrong w US healthcare, I pay nearly $1,700/mo for health insurance but can't go to walk-in clinic nearest to my home. #*$#*%#*^%*%!!!

Dr Ballestes is a rude , loud , small minded man with little man complex. I cant stand him. Stay away !!!!

Took my son into the walk in and could not be seen because my son is a dependent on his Fathers health insurance and I did not have my ex-husbands social security number. The office manager said she needed his fathers social security number in order to put the insurance into thier billing system. I have had the same insurance for 15 years and never has a Dr office, emergency room, or walk in clinic needed his Fathers social security in order to bill insurance. The insurance card has all of the information needed, so says BCBS of Florida. So, I had to take my son to another walk in, which did NOT need any information other than what was on the insurance card, to treat my son. Very frustrating experience especially when I am working and driving all over so my son can get treated. Thankfully I found Millenium just up the road. Ridiculous!
