Dave, the owner is a great guy! Am new to this old age stuff and he helped me find the right product and solution for the problem for myself and my husband. And the price was right! I even took one thing back and he exchanged for a better product for my husband's needs. Great service, lots of knowledge, warm, kind and empathetic. Will recommend to everyone! Even stayed open after hours to accommodate my needs.

Beware!  Horrible return policy with a gotcha - can only return an item within ONE DAY and even at that they will try to sock you for a 25% restocking fee which isn't even posted.  I returned an item unused within one day (it was a bedrail) so no issues with an open  package and I couldn't believe it. Never going back here and will tell everyone to make another choice for medical supplies!
