I came in with an issue. I did not know my pin and Chris was able to help me and was able to reset it for me. I was driving around from store to store and nobody was able to help me Chris was able to get it done and now this is my favorite store!

The worst service ever. 2 managers and an emoloyee "helping " my mother and 4 hours later they still did not give her the new phone ahe had ordered with sprint insurance. The worst!

Just switched my service from Verizon and got a great deal on a plan. Annabel Rodriguez was the sales associate that helped me out. She worked with my sister and I to find the right plan, the right phones and was able to save us both a ton of money! Annabel was very helpful and extremely patient with us. So glad we went in. Thank you!
