Been dealing with Medicap for over 20 years.Love most of their staff especially Melanie and Jim. These two pharmacists are very polite and helpful ! All the other employees are also very friendly and helpful ! Great place where you're a name and not just a number !!

Friendly atmosphere fast results Equipment that I needed to replace for baby unfixable Pediatrician suggested Med Cap for new breathing machine other med. supplies wanted more than the sale price just to rent, Dad was handling our sons paperwork for insurance didn't resolve issues with referring Dr. name was wrong, had Med office never seen or heard of but son needed 2 important med's out- referred to CVS in Graham (only pharmacy take voucher)from Social Services While I worked on getting right Pediatrician name right, while doing so, Rep replied take up 30 days+ the Lord bless me to look down to see past paper from Med Cap called then, asked, replied yes, call Dad pick up voucher from CVS Graham- w/Emergency $100.00 voucher pharmacist replied he could fill half of 1 of 2 med's while Med Cap filled both full prescriptions, His School Nurse at Grove Park found free program he must have w/at all times Epipen Jr 30 MCG had the rest of med's,. This was yrs. I seen for myself, Mother of 3 kid's fill a med. on a program free,  My baby was born sick, start showing at 3 months, the Lord brought him thru 9 surgeries- don't know if has anything to do w/ Behavioral problems start showing in speech class age of 3 but the same God that brought thru surgeries, all those procedures, fast, brought them med's down from close to 15 med's bid- prn_ qid- depending how he's breathing, bp went up checking before food morn bid & 7p every evening running 236 sugar levels, going thru 3 fast 2 ARMC 1 UNC found nothing- food allergies consist of beef- white potatoes- egg's- milk- corn- wheat-soy- nut's-vegetable 0il- special detergents- All Free or Dreft, vitamins w/immune supplement, special soap & cream dermatologist gave list purchased cetaphil soap& cream 1st on sale, but purchase Keri next- called dermatologist he replied what u start w- Cetaphil, got to stay on it, special cold/cough med's- Mucinex-PediCare can't consist acetaminophene, sugar levels goes up, it's in Tylenol but he's allergic to Motrin runs his fever up, Doctor suggest Tylenol for him, Liganitis , not spelled right, ect. But Med Cap has been a big help for my family... Thank You Jesus I rate them at a high 15 ... What other business volunteer assistance u know nothing about, LSM ...***
