I was paying for my medicine and I used my medical card and did not have the total amount due. I then realized I had forgotten my credit card at home and unfortunately had no cash. The manager Carl H. Comes down 5 minutes after the kind lady asked him to come help void it so I could leave and come back when I had my card. Well huffing and puffing and complains the whole way down. He then tells me they can not refund my money because and I quote, “ well we cannot void it because usually the person has the whole payment “ and then laughs. Sarcastically. Not just saying that is rude that really hurt my feelings. To openly speak on someone’s money issues and laugh about it. Many more issues followed but I will leave it to that. Carl I hope you never run into a situation where you do not have the money and someone laughs in your face in front of everyone. Happy holidays to your terrible customer service.

Very rude and extremely judgemental.   If your political views aren't as liberal as theirs they put you down and call you names.
