I have nothing but great praise for MediCleanse. We have been their client since October 2015 and we continue to stay with them. We moved our linen service to MediCleanse from another famous and well known company with whom we did business for 10 years. MediCleanse has been upfront with the charges and they have been very accommodating to my company's needs. The previous linen company on the other hand was not and continued to charge us (and added increases) without our knowledge. Our linen service charge was double than what we are paying now with MediCleanse. Only when we called their attention did they try to make attempts to "lower" our costs. Was shocked to discover that our annual bill had reached $24,000+ to think we are not a hospital and our needs not even half as a hospital's. Well too late for them because we switched. Yes we are happy with the service that MediCleanse have provided and continues to provide to us.

John who comes to deliver and take away the old linens is truly one of the most thoughtful, caring and nice people I have worked with in a long time. This company is diligent and makes sure that the customer is happy. I am sad to hear of others who have had bad experiences but I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. They treat the linens with care and treat the customers even better. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! Great job John our delivery guy and Company for all you do!

Watch out for Medicleanse. Rates go up consistently, customer service is horrible. If you are with them, be sure to cancel the auto renewal in your contract!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Go elsewhere. Poorly run business, poor customer service, poor delivery service, everything is poor about this company. Please go elsewhere for your medical linens

Please use a different company for your medical scrubs and linens. I've had multiple bad experiences with this company
