I have been going here on and off for a couple of years but decided to start going more often. I try to go as much as possible. Everyone is very nice and understanding. Sometimes I go on Saturday at 3 or in the evenings but mostly during the day. I talked with Rose and she was very helpful. The Monks will sit with you personally if you get in touch with Rose or May. They really helped me built consistency in my practice. I hope to see you there.

I try to find the meditation class around alexandria. This place has the monk who can speak english well. Time begin 3.00 -4.30 pm. every Saturday. Come and Joy it.
