Best working machines in the Decatur area I have found.

I love the way my laundry is done, but the recent adjustment in hours (closing exactly at 9pm and being unopened on Sundays) make it trying to pick up my laundry or dropping it off and very inconvenient. And today (April 8) I called at 7:50 and asked for y'alls hours. I spoke to the employee to ask the hours and he said hours y'all were opened til 11pm but said that washing has already stopped. I said I wasn't going to wash anything but pick up and was going to be by there in an hour or so and wanted to make sure he was going to be open. The employee didnt say he was closing exactly at 9pm nor did he suggest i needed to be there at 9 or before because he was going to close. No, I showed up at 9:05 with the doors locked and he was taking something out of the machines and yelled to me "we're closed". I pointed to the laundry on the machine and said i was there to pick up and he shook his said, didn't bother to find out if I had exact change and said he didn't have any change to give me back, did not come to the door to talk to me to determine if I had the right change, nor seemed to remember he talked to someone who said to me that they were opened to 11pm and was aware that SOMEONE had told him to expect they would be by to pick up their laundry and that they were on their way. No, there was no care how inconvenienced I was that he gave me misinformation, nor seemed to care enough about customer service to stop what he was doing to take care of someone that wasn't asking him to do anything way out of the ordinary. 

Your hours and customer service should reflect and accommodate appreciation of your customers and willingness to accommodate THEM, not you. I'm hoping you reconsider your hours of operation and also tell your employees to be more customer service oriented in how they deal with us, flexible and transmit information regarding simple questions more accurately. Very disappointed.

They close promptly at 9 pm, even if your clothes have only been in the dryer for 7 min.  You don't get a refund, either.  I should have asked the Attendant but when I spoke to her before starting to wash my clothes she didn't say anything about the time, so I thought people couldn't start washing after 9 & as long as you had started you could go ahead.  Lesson learned.  I'm finding somewhere else.

The sign said 9pm we got there at 7:30 and they said we couldn't come in because it was last call we only had 1 small load very rude and unprofessional. They should change the time.
