The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two drinks with my meal to be delivered that weren't brought with the meal. I called back up as soon as I realized they were missing and was told the driver would be back out to deliver them in a few minutes. I waited over 2 hours before calling back again and requesting a refund. I gave my info and was told the owner would refund my card in the morning. I waited a week as I know that refunds take time to go through before calling back again and asking about it only to be told it was an issue with my bank. I called my bank and was told that a refund request had never come to them. I called Medo's again and was informed again that the owner wasn't in and would refund me in the morning. I have called several times since then at different times with the same results. It has now been over a month and today when I called I was going to order and just ask for my drinks with my order but I was told they have no record of any of my calls and that they couldn't do anything about it. This is ridiculous.

I've had their pizzas and a few things on their menu. I've enjoined everything I've eaten there. Very tasty! Everyone working there has always been very nice and helpful.

Waitresses fought at my table in front of kids, steak full of fat and well done, burnt when ordered rare. Very small portion of mashed potatoes and salad just nonsense. Horrible all around

These people are a bunch of little kids who never get orders right screw up ALL THE TIME EVERY ORDER and then blame you. Also the manager is a low life who never goes to work and lets his Resturant be run by dumb children. Yeah foods good if you got two hours to wait and then get it screwed up !!!! Don’t go here don’t waste your money. The Italian resturant on Fayetteville is so worth the pick up!!!!

This place has to be the greatest customer service I have received in long time specially eating out of town n the quality of the food was outstanding n whoever made the Stromboli on April 9 2018 at 7 it was unbelievable amazing thank you to the medos family
