I found everything I was looking for today which included unique non grocery items. Definitely saved me having to shop at 2 or 3 other stores. Lot is remarkably clear considering recent snow and employees all seem to be in good moods today. Enjoyable shopping.

The lottery machine has been unable to make quick picks for months now so had to wait in the service line for over 20 minutes just to get my tickets! I had also gone in for a flu shot and waited there for 20 minutes. They were busy and I understand but so am I

the good - produce, meat, groceries are often very good at great prices the bad - other than a few helpful people in the produce area, a few checkout people, and the greeters, customer service during evening hours usually takes some coaxing, but it can happen. the ugly - customer service during daylight hours is abyssmal. However, overall, the value of this store is still better than most other grocers in the area - although Jewel is getting better.

I find the store is always clean, the employees are always courteous and willing to help. Prices are reasonable. I shop here as I can always find what I am looking for. Would recommend this store to all.

Besides the amount off Illegals that shop here late at night it's not bad. But parts of Randall are getting "low income". So watch out. RIP YUPPIE STC GENEVA BATAVIA.
