I first became aware of Meijer when I moved a few years back. I had never came across one before. It honestly reminds me a lot of K-Mart. It does have a good selection of items, and the bakery is pretty good. My only complaint is the store layout and feel leaves a lot to be desired.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. An absolutely abysmal place. They treat their employees like absolute garbage and there's no sense of satisfaction or redemption stepping foot within their doors. I'd sooner throw my money into a fire just to guarantee it never made it into their hands. My words of advice are to not shop here and for the love of all that is pure, don't apply here unless you enjoy being treated like a number and getting to know your fellow coworkers only for a bit before they are replaced for the most scrupulous reasons. No wonder this place has such a high turnover rate, people grow a brain and realize they don't want to be treated like cattle.

Nearby, good parking, fairly easy to get in and out of with your car. It has a large variety of products, and a full grocery. Pricing seems to be competitive. SO, why only two stars. Getting checked out can be a nightmare. I have trouble standing. I use a folding seat cane. I rarely go to this store anymore. My wife goes fairly often. It is next to her work. She does not have trouble standing, and she likes to speak to people also standing in line. There you have it.

I take a nice, well stocked store. Customer service is friendly. **However** I will only come between midnight and 3am. It's a serene, sublime shopping experience and nothing sayes unbridled happiness like the absence of other shoppers.

Not as big of a fan as Kroger but this store is less busy and easy to get in and out of
