Great environment inside and very friendly staff! I have found that some produce is cheaper at Whole Foods than it is anywhere else in town, and the quality of the produce is always great. However, some things (like grass-fed butter or refrigerated pomegranate juice, for example) are much more expensive at Whole Foods for the exact same product and brand that competitors sell. Additionally, sometimes when I order a pizza and get home the middle of it is not cooked all the way through so you get raw-ish dough in the middle which sets the slice up for failure. Further, sometimes the hot bar looks like something has been sitting untouched for hours and is dried out. The inconsistent pizza preparation and hot bar quality are why I rate it at 4 stars instead of 5.

I've been to this location several times. Really happy that Lexington finally got a Whole Foods like this one that has so much more than just buying groceries. It's enjoyable to come here even if you don't really need anything. You can hang out in the tap room with their always revolving beer selection and watch a game or just sit outside on the patio and play games when the weather is nice. They're hot food buffet, Bakery, cheese, Sushi, and pizza with selection is pretty good. They even make some of their good. They even make their own pasta. I think the prices of most of their guys are pretty consistent with most health food stores. At least the other ones I've seen around Lexington. It's in a really great location in the summit. I'll definitely go again and again.

Very clean store. Easy to enter and exit parking lot. I really like the meat, dairy, liquor and flower departments. I haven't tried it but their food court area and options look great. As always, the customer service here is top notch. I wish I lived closer.

Love Whole Foods!!! This store is just as good as the others across our great country... Huge selection, great prices etc etc etc... Can go on for days... Highly Recommend

Always love this chain ...not big on anything that's not local but when in a pinch this place has never let me down. Clean and fresh just hope it time to see more local. We will see over the next few years but something's in this area you will almost only find here .
