I am literally in this store 4 times a week. Everyone, from the greeters to the cart people, are so kind and knowledgeable. There's a bottle return, which is located at the far end of the building, with a door to the parking lot. This helps, because no one wants to drag a cart full of cans through the store. The prices are always better than Kroger, and with Shop and Scan, you can skip any lines.
Ample parking with good lighting for late night shopping. Store isles clean with little to no stock waiting to be stocked blocking your movements. I did not have any items missing the barcode scan label. All check outs were self checkouts. I do not like to do the work which for many years was performed by a cashier and "bag boy". Overall the store was free of clutter, empty boxes and trash. The doors I entered were being locked as I entered, I was told that I'd have to exit at the other end of the store. Other than that it was cold, raining and late at night I said okay. It could be a safety issue for those who are not 6'3" tall. Then again someone who wants all your candy bars, 7' may not be tall enough. Just saying.
Pleasant shopping experience in the early morning. 2 employees made me feel at home and went above and beyond. Thank you Rachell and Ashley for making my shopping experience that much more enjoyable.
Love my hometown meijers. Can fit a tractor but not a trailer. Connected to a laundromat and a smoke shop if you need supplies. Easy on / off to 75. Near Flying J but not for walking unless you like hikes!!! Usually stocked and have friendly staff. Not a huge fan of all the you scans though it does cut down on check out times
Always have great marks for Meijer, well stocked and pretty much find whatever I'm looking for. Higher priced than Walmart but at least you can find what you're looking for on neatly aligned shelves.
Not horrible, but it is dirty, like the next time you grab a Minute Maid, check out the shelving that it is sitting on, you will see frozen spiders and flies and spilled beverages. Management should take the time and clean that kind of stuff. Also I cannot come here with a grocery list if it is past 4pm, it will not get fulfilled, it gets picked clean and the staff cannot keep up with the stock throughout the day so I do have to make more than one stop when I'm grocery shopping. I LOVE the meijer in Lincoln Park, management should take notes from them.
Very clean and great quality atmosphere here. Come here every week to shop for the work week and rarely ever ever do they not have what I want or need! Always organized and stuff doesn't move around too often as many other grocery stores. And the coupons are much better!
Well stocked and not bumping into pallets and products laid out EVERYWHERE all over the place!! It's one of MY favorite locations, just nowhere near home!
Honestly this specific Meijer is probably my top choice out of flat rock Meijer, Monroe Meijer, Southgate Meijer and etc. The staff seem to be soooo much friendlier! The store seems to be sooo much cleaner and fully stocked for the most part and I’ve never had any issues whatsoever here! Also seem to find the best deals and sales in the center isles at this Meijer too that I don’t really notice at the others! Will definitely continue going the extra distance for these perks!!!
This location is always well stocked especially with their produce. Always fresh vegetables nothing molding!!
