Cookie was amazing and at $3.25 it was mouth melting The owners of this place should always be on the floor, open to close. When Having kidsteenagers work in the hot kitchen the atmospherefun and joyful its a cookie was completely sucked out. I was expecting to walk into a fun and upbeat environment. I got a place that everyone looked hot and miserable. When waiting 10min it can feel like an eternity. Owners!!!!! Being a new business dont trust it to kids or it will fail
I drove about 50 minutes to get cookies because the local Crumbl that just opened had sold out of all the cookies I wanted to try. I was happy that I could order for pickup and there was hardly any wait when we arrived. We have tried Crumbl in other cities and have been very pleased; however, my granddaughter and I were very disappointed in all of the cookies on this trip. I felt like they were undercooked and just weren't good. Either, they had no flavor or were too sweet. We still have 2 and a half cookies left. It'll be a while before I try them again.

The box of cookies was still warm when we got back to the car so taking a picture for a review was the last thing in my mind. So here's what's left of some delicious cookies.
Only giving two stars because I was at this location earlier this week and the lady who gave me my cookies was very friendly and the cookies were cooked all the way through. I went back today and got two cookies one of them being the chocolate chip cookie, the cookie was raw in the middle. It was raw in the middle to the point where it wasn’t safe to eat, isn’t that a health risk to serve cookies that are raw knowing one of the ingredients are eggs? To top it off I could tell that the lady who gave me my cookies had an attitude right away. She wasn’t friendly, she was very short. Probably won’t be coming back to this location, Ann Arbor is way better!
I called the Woodhaven location because of a mistake I made with the delivery address on the app and they were so helpful. Shay specifically worked with me and made sure to get the cookies delivered to the correct address! Even before she was able to make this happen I knew I would be leaving a 5 star review simply because of how helpful she was! Thank you so much!
The store is a bit small which can cause over crowding while waiting for your cookies. I believe a texting system would benefit to cut down on everyone standing in the store waiting on their cookies. My first attempt here I did not like the cookies at all. They were under cooked, not much flavor, and not worth the price tag. However the second attempt was good so I am willing to try them again. I think if they make just the minor adjustment stated above will help the experience. I know or at least it appears that the staff get a little annoyed when consistently being asked about orders they may have called already because people walk out the store to wait outside for their order due to over crowding.
Sampled a few cookies, really enjoyed the chocolate chip, slightly warm and moist. The lemon was very yummy as well. Price point is the killer though, more of a luxury item than a once a week kind of thing when you're buying for family too.
Order placed at 4:21pm then after I paid online I was given a pickup time at 5:30! So I went to the store to find out why the long wait. Lady at the front told me that when people walk in and place orders that the online orders get pushed back!!! Completely ridiculous!! The lady took my name, gave it to the kids and said my order would be done soon. I watched 10 other people walk in, place their order, and walk out before me!!! I was beyond upset! It was hot inside, crowded, and chaotic! We love the cookies, but will not be back!!
Cookies are GREAT. I'm a simple girl so I always get chocolate chip but my daughter will always try the new line up and I taste a few of hers. Super sweet but good
