I was very upset that I went to the clinic at this Walgreens and I thought that I would be able to get my prescriptions filled right there at the pharmacy, but I was told that they don't accept Medicaid insurance this was such an inconvenience to me because I really needed to get my medication at that time I don't have a car so I had to go home without my medication and try to get another ride just to go get my medication somewhere else this is such an inconvenience.

Employees were more interested in their conversation than offering help! Walgreens usually has great staff.

"Dropped" rx refills w/o notice and advised at window they had been rescheduled pickup. Showed up that day, they're closed "due to staffing."

I think it’s a rite aid. Any rate it’s clean. Merchandise was easy to find. In and out on a few minutes

Do not use this location if you need to get your prescription filled the same day. It usually takes 3 days to fill. And don’t waste your time calling because you’ll be on hold for 40 minutes or longer each time, and you might get hung up on! And they lied and said they don’t do pick up at the drive thru when in fact they do! I had to call corporate to get the correct info. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY GOING TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible customer service!

I like doing business at Walgreens. Everyone is wearing a mask and the staff is friendly and actually asks me if they can be of help.  My husband has cancer and I like to do business where I feel like I will not bring home germs that can kill him  Keep up the safety measures and I will be back.

The lady working in the drive through pharmacy was not willing to help me figure out why my insurance wasn’t going through. She just suggested me to go through a different Walgreens because calling “tricare” might take awhile. She didn’t even try to find the issue on her end. It was poor service. Meanwhile I called another location and they were very willing and figured out what happened & now I’m picking up my script. Deff recommend the count line Maddison location over this location

They filled my sons asthma medication even though they were closing for the day due to a staffing shortage. I had recently switched over our prescriptions from CVS because CVS was unable to fill multiple asthma medications for my sons with no communication prior stating there was a supply issue. After have to chase down prescriptions at multiple CVS locations I decided to switch and I am so glad I did. The staff communicates ahead of time if there are supply issues allowing me the option to fill all scripts at their location with a day or so delay or move my scripts to another location if we are down to our last dose. Thank you for all you do.

still on wait for the pharmacy, been and hour and a half no exaggeration. i am trying to refill my insulin before i leave for vacation. this isn't a restaurant. this is life or death. if your going to ignore the phones then don't let us call. going to hang up at the 2 hour mark.

The pharmacy staff here is incompetent. I got 3 different answers from the 3 different people I talked to about my issue, and they can't keep my recurring prescriptions in stock, even when they know I will be filling them within the next couple days. Transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere immediately.
