Slow, you can hear them talking/making nasty jokes about other customers, some of the female employees rolled their eyes when an older customer didn't understand what they had been trying to explain to them. Not even worthy of one star.

They are rude and never call to let someone know if they don’t have the drug in stock.  I have drove out there three times now for them to tell me they don’t have it.

I am happy most of the time when I go there. It seems they have way more customers than they can handle swiftly, but everyone is always nice and apologetic if something is off. Also, you can't beat MPerks!

They NEVER have the medication ready... I always call ahead, and when I do, they say that it should be ready. I called again at the time they said it was ready, and they said it was ready for me to pick up. When I got there, they said they didn't even have any in stock. When I simply said that I called twice to make sure it was ready, they looked in shock about it. They do this almost every time. I always have to wait over 30 minutes before they get around to giving me at least 5 of them. I rather drive 30 minutes to get my medication when they say they'll have it, then to have to call more than once to make sure it's ready, just to not have it ready after all.

This is the worst store and pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. They never have scripts ready, even when they call and tell you they are ready.  Rude people work there  i now go to Kroger, and Sams Club.  To bad they do not know what good customer service is.
