Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. If you want honest and sincere service, this is the place to go. The owner will make sure you are happy and want to come back. It's just likea you going to  your favorite doctor or dentist and eye doctor. You believe in him  and you trust in him.

It was excellent!. All employees were courteous from the door. They explained everything to me in a language that I can understand since I was not mechanically inclined. Great overall service.

The owner Vinny is honest warm and wonderful. He looks out for his customers and gives respect to the idea that customers may not understand the working of cars. I believe he is fairly priced, yet abrupt when necessary and expects payment for services rendered. Thank you for watching out for our family and our old cars!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I went there trying to redeem a promotion and the manager completely shut me down. He could have just said we don't honor that, but he launched into a tirade berating me. As I left the place he started pointing out things I needed fixed on my car and started mocking me because of them. He clearly has no idea how customer relations work. I'll get my flex leak fixed and tires changed but not a dime of that will go to his pocket

Went in for an appointment I set up online but was told by management "we don't pay attention to the appointments what do you need done" so I shrugged that off at inquired about a promotion they had going on. The manager on duty was ride and basically told me there are no promotions without even attempting to hear me out. The service here might be great but not at the expense of getting your intelligence insulted. Never visiting again.
