Awesome, Ryan and Keith sorted me out went for an oil change. They spotted some more problems than I had anticipated went over it all very clearly with a detailed report of what exactly was wrong. They ended up not getting my money (This time) but I will be back here for oil changes and their other services without hesitation the next!

Had 4 tires put on the car recently. They made an appointment for a Saturday, took the car on time and got it done on time. So why only two stars? (updated to 3 stars... see end of review) They gave me a written quote for the work, two days before, for about $775. When I brought the car in, they printed a new work order totaling over $800. I complained that the work order price was higher than the quote. The agent adjusted a few things, saying that some quoting system they used the first time didn't match what their actual prices were. But he still charged me $797, which was still more than the promised quote, even though I complained that no matter what, the mistake was theirs and they had no right to charge me more than the quote. He said he couldn't do any better. Strike one. Next, he informed me that unless I did a 4-wheel alignment on the car, they couldn't honor the tire warranty. The alignment would be about 80 bucks. Nobody told me THAT when I agreed to the original quote to have the work done. Strike two. So yes, the final price was "okay" (but not what they promised), and the two-time switcheroo on the expected pricing and services required mean I will not be going back there. UPDATE: About 2 days after I wrote my original review, I got a call from a Meineke manager - not the manager of the store where I went, but somebody who I think was a regional manager. He said that he had gone through "invoices" and noticed a problem with this job, and offered me a free 4-wheel alignment to compensate me for the mistake. I had opted not to get the alignment done initially, because I didn't like getting scammed out of extra money at the last minute. I opted to accept the offer to see if they could do right by me. They did do the alignment, but in the process of doing it, the job went down a rabbit hole requiring replacement of two alignment bolts and the rear right lower control arm, which escalated the repair cost to over $500, even though the alignment itself was free. I was able to watch what the mechanic was doing, and I have done a fair amount of my own car repairs, so I am confident he wasn't scamming me. The bolts and control arm bushing were so badly rusted shut that he could not adjust the alignment or even remove the bolts to replace just those (even penetrating oil and an air hammer would not break them loose from the control arm bushing). The bushing is not separately replaceable, so they had to replace the whole control arm, and since this was a process of continuing discovery and battle with the rust, including an incorrectly-supplied part from Nissan, it took 4 visits to get this resolved. They did listen to my complaint. They did try to address it. The mechanic seemed competent and honest. So I have bumped my review up by 1 star as a result, but only 1 star. The regional manager's story about "looking through invoices" was clearly a lie. He had to have seen my first Google review, which is the only reason they addressed this, and he should have admitted that to me. And requiring all the return visits to fix the control arm problem does not instill me with a lot of confidence about how they can handle jobs that get "sticky".

Ryan and his team were great! He was very helpful and friendly. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Will shop at again.
