Awesome place!!!!  Driving from MN, hear a banging noise.  Gas station gives me the # to a shop nearby,  explained my situation, he said he could get me in tomorrow??  Googled auto shops and Meineke showed up.  John answered and said, bring it in and we'll try to help you out!  Took them about 5 minutes and explained everything to me,  similar to what I thought it was so they weren't trying to get over on me.  After 15 minutes and under $30,I was back on the road!! Refreshing great customer service!!

Besides Midas on main Street in Sun Prairie, these guys are the worst of the worst. They quoted me $699 (gotta love that increment) for brake pads on my vehicle. Just took it into another shop and they are doing it for $240. I have heard several complaints about this chain from others, but I still had to check them out for myself. My neighbor commented that when taking your car to Meineke, ALWAYS expect their diagnosis to be a worst case scenario one. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this outfit deserves it.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful and courteous. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a car person and the staff was really good about going over what repairs were needed and unnecessary. The repairs were also done in a timely manner and with my schedule. I have nothing but high praise for the quality of service at this location.

Thought the service was "ok" until my dad takes a look at the car and they didn't even tighten the bolts on my tire. I drove at least 80 miles after my appointment and a serious accident could have happened due to their negligence. Completely pathetic, tires are simple.

They did a good job on my car. I gave my brother who's a long-time mechanic the list of prices on the stuff they fixed and he said their book time and work was standard. It's nice to know they're honest mechanics too.
