Huge, clean and a great selection. Usually packed with people also looking for the good deals. 

There's a great selection of conventional produce and a decent selection of organic. We usually get the conventional produce from here and regret it. None of it seems to last as long as it does other places. Maybe it means the other places load theirs with preservatives? Maybe not.

The great thing about Woodman's is that once you know their layout, you can visit any of their stores and pretty much expect the same layout at each. It makes shopping so much more efficient.

Store is huge. Need to go in with a large tablet and make your own map. Saves you lots of time. Excellent selection of fresh veggies. So many breads. Love the granola bar row! Take your sweatshirt to cruise the massive frozen food section. If you can't find what you are looking for here, make it yourself. Great store. Only thing missing is Boars Head meats.

This is a really big grocery store with many, many choices. It's employee-owned, which is something that I don't know the significance of, but it must be good or they wouldn't advertise it on their building. Employees are friendly and the store is clean. The organic produce section is enormous, with excellent prices. One of the reasons that they have such inexpensive prices is that they don't take credit cards, so be forewarned. Debit cards, checks, and cash only.

This Woodman's Food Market (1099 S Grand Ave, Sun Prairie, WI 53590) is very clean and the people are super friendly and helpful.  The layout of the store is very similar to all Woodman's, which is nice to find the items you need.  Largest section of brand names and generic products in Madison by far.

Nice deli section, but small, compared to other grocery stores that have a large porton of the store as s deli...most too big for my taste.  Excellent produce, meats, and frozen selections.  Plenty of organic products.  Has large liquor store with excellent selection of beers, wines, and spirits.  Large islands with plenty of room.  Kept very well stocked all the time.  

Plenty of bathrooms, including family bathrooms.  Bathrooms are clean and well maintained.  Prices are the best in Madison due to their size and buying power.  Has plenty of full service registers and many self service registers which is fantastic.  During certain days and times lines can be long but they will open more registers as needed and available...when you are this popular of a store this is unavoidable.  Full service register employees are well trained and very fast so lines might exist sometimes but are very fast.  Nice baggers too.  Have self checkout registers which is great.

No credit cards accepted.  

Has cash only gas station with good prices.  Also has touch car wash for only $4.00 (2018).  Looks great but can't comment on it since I have not used it since I don't like the spinner drum touch car washes with my new black car.

Overall excellent place to shop.  Highly recommend this location.

Navigating large stores takes getting used to, but the convience of large well marked aisles helps adjust from the all stores with cramped spaces.  After our initial experience we were more comfortable with shopping, and we wait to shop here for major purchase items stocking up on cherry juice, k-cups and paper products.  We shop for sales.  Locally we are able to keep meat items stocked in our freezer, and watch for lower prices wherever we go.  Beef prices remain quite static and seldom sale priced as the local markets near us.  We travel 30 round trip miles to shop here. Happy shopping we try to make sure to have plenty of time, and take advantage of the self check lines seldom waiting...remember the number for vegetable and fruit you get in bulk... we love being together and shopping...blessing to you all
