This is my to go too cake lady. Every special event I have I order a cake from Melina’s cake. Best Dominican cake hands down in the Kissimmee area. Great price, great taste, nice design. I always have to order a little bigger than my party because everyone wants a piece to take home and we want to make sure to have left for us as well. You will not be disappointed
Melina was so sweet and my cake for my sister’s baby shower turned out so good! She was very professional and affordable. I appreciate her for making the cake for us with less than a few weeks notice. I sent her the picture of the cake I wanted and she made it look better than the picture! She stayed in contact up until the event and even let me pick up the cake first thing in the morning! I will be ordering more cakes from her in the future!
While looking for Dominican cake in the Orlando area, I found Melina on social media. I decided to go with her out the other ones I had found because she was the more responsive and was able to prepare me a cake in a short notice. I must say, that was the best decision I made. She was very professional and friendly. Didn't put any road blocks on my request and deliver better than expected. I must admit, she has the best Dominican cake in town. I would totally recommend her.
My baby shower cake! So in love was really a show stopper piece. I really wanted a super traditional Dominican cake and she delivered from the frosting to the sheet cake to the filling. I most definitely be ordering again. Thank you so very much. <3

Where do I even begin?! To think of dominican cake you would think the old cakes we had when we were little. The nostalgia of the incredibly soaked cake with the delicious frosting, turned modern and into one of my brother’s favorite comic book elite couples; it was absolutely perfect. Thank you so so much Melina, it was beyond amazing and can’t wait to come back for more delicious and amazingly presented cakes!
Melina is the absolute best baker out here in the Orlando area, especially if you love dominican cakes. It’s hard to find authentic dominican flavor and texture in the cake, and this is where you can definitely find it. Everyone that eats these cakes at our parties fall in love with the taste. She’s also easy to reach and talk with in order to plan your perfect cake. She’s responsible and punctual. She works with you regarding the design of your cake, too! If you’re looking for dominican cakes, look no further than Melina’s!
Girlfriend surprised me with a moon and ocean themed cake for my birthday. Melina was able to take her themes and create a beautiful cake that represented our relationship. She was able to accommodate less sugar request too and it was perfect. Would recommend again if I am ever in Orlando again.

Wow!!!!!!! It was love at first bite My sister surprised me with an early birthday cake it was simple, elegant with pink details, very pretty design. . Ok now let’s get to the taste…….!!!!!!!!!! My cake was soo moist and my filling was dulce de leche and it was amazing. The cake is a perfect balance of deliciousness. Melina’s cakes are seriously the best Dominican cake I’ve ever tasted! She is so sweet and my cake was it’s for sure 5 star quality. Thanks Melina, it was delish & I know it was made with love Only Melina’s cakes for my future events!
