Flowers do not match her pictures. Her defense is" we can not make our arrangements look like the picture's." Have your recipient send you a picture. They don't even put the amount of roses promised when you order premium. Very rude owner. We will never use this shop again. The owner refuses to refund. The positive reviews must be friends of hers

Great flower/gift shop with friendly and personal staff. Melinda is darling and very community oriented. Care and attention are put into flower arrangements. A lot of nice gift options abound throughout the store, including cards that have more to offer than most. Charming items such as the Disney box scenes and some antique items are standouts for you to consider. Overall, with great service and ample selection (both gifts and flowers/cards), Melinda McCoy's is a reliable shop that will leave you and your special someone feeling very happy about your purchase.

Love them!!!! Long time customer & they are always willing to go over & beyond for us. Even when it doesn't occur to my son to order flowers for his date until the last minute. They have always provided us the extra touch to make it special.

A week ago I special ordered a dozen dark purple roses for my fiance from Melinda. She wrote dark purple on my ticket. The morning of my fiances birthday arrived and I went to pick up my roses. When I arrived, the roses they had for me were not the dark purple shade I ordered a week before. The lady told me that they cannot guarantee the shade of flowers they receive. If that was true, then why did Melinda, the owner, write on my ticket "dark purple"? Why didn't Melinda inform me that she couldn't guarantee the color I requested? I mean, I was asked if I wanted a lighter color purple rose for the bouquet I purchased the day I ordered these and said no because it wasn't dark enough and that wasn't what I wanted. I don't see how they can assume that a week later my preferences had changed. Needless to say, it's my fiances birthday, the I'm sorry and hand bouquet they offered to make me while I waited for a refund (over 30 mins because I had to wait for Melinda to get there) wasn't going to cut it and now I don't have the dozen purple roses I was so excited to give my fiance. Thanks a lot Melinda McCoy's!!!

My delivery was all wrong and the owner didn't attempt to make it right...clearly Melinda Mc Coy florist don't believe in customer satisfaction.
