This florist is run by people with probably the worst set of morals I have ever met.  I was sent flowers by a stalker who used Tom & Jeri's and we believe this person to be very dangerous.  His flower order was the only piece of hard evidence that we had to find this person and the owner of Tom & Jeri's, Eddie, refused to cooperate with the police to catch the stalker.  Uniformed Long Beach police offers were sent to this shop sent by private investigators and Eddie refused to provide them with the paperwork filed when the flowers were ordered.

Why a shop would not want to cooperate with the police to possibly save someone's life is beyond me.  We are EXTREMELY upset and disappointed, as I now am still very fearful regarding this situation.  These people do not care about their customers or their well-being.  I would never, ever recommend someone spending their hard-earned money at a place that disrespects the police and could care less about such a serious situation.  Please go elsewhere.

I wanted to send flowers to my wife for her birthday and wanted to make sure the flower arrived at the school where she works in the morning so she could enjoy them all day. Tom & Jeri's is close by and though they would be able to handle this request.
I placed my order one full day in advance and asked for it to be delivered the next morning before 12 noon.The day the order was supposed to be delivered, they called me around 12 noon and stated they had just received the order and would not be able to deliver it by noon. When I asked what they meant as I had called the order in via telephone, they said I had placed my order with an answering service. They use an answering service prior to their 9am opening time. I was under the impression that I had called after they were open since their webpage says they open at 8 am. There answering service is screwed up and so is their webpage. I won't make that mistake again as I will not do business here in the future. They did call back later offering to send the flowers free of charge, but still very late. I appreciated the offer, but no.
