After having several miserable experiences with "chains" (you know the "Glasses in an hour" type places), I decided to give Vision Park a try. I made my appointment with Dr. Melissa Billings. I have never had such a thorough eye exam in twenty years of wearing glasses and contact lenses. I always felt like other places were more concerned about me buying a pair of glasses. This was not the case with Dr. Billings. It was obvious that the health of my eye was her first and most important concern. She reminded me that just because I see well doesn't mean my eyes are healthy. THANKS to Dr. Billings and her staff. You earned a patient for life

I had been a loyal customer of about 3 years. After having some contact problems I called the office and explained my situation. The rep said that since my prescription was recent they would not charge me. After getting "diagnosed" with dry eye (I had been before) I was told there would be no charge. Approximately 1 week later I received a bill for this visit. I called the office at that time and left a message explaining my situation and assumed it had been taken care of. I received the bill again the next month, left a message, and again no response. A week or two later I called the office and got someone on the phone. They could not explain why I was billed. I was told that another rep would have to look at this situation. About a week later I received a passive aggressive letter explaining that since this was a "medical diagnosis" that my insurance company would have to be charged. I would need to pay my copay regardless of what the other rep had said. I will no longer do business with them because of the way they handled this situation and because of the lack of customer service, not to mention the bunk diagnosis I received.
