I've been coming here for my check ups for a few years and I've always had positive experiences. Dr. Hollie is so kind and she's always been helpful to me. The entire staff is friendly and the setting gives me a spa feeling. They also have been wonderful to my parents. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Hollie is amazing, never any issues with her and there probably never will be. But her staff is questionable at best. They are very unprofessional. I called up there one day and was told I'd get a cal back 30 minutes later. They called back several days later and it had been so long I couldn't even remember what the call was about!

I LOVE Dr. Hollie! I've been her patient for at least 4 years now and can't see myself going anywhere else. She is very informative and very attentive to myself and also my children's needs. If you are looking for a down to earth,educated,helpful,and for the most part very convenient doctor.. Look no further!

For years I have been a self pay client. I have referred a lot of people. I love Dr. Hollie BUT her staff customer service is horrible! I finally get insurance and have to deal with the Monique Campbell the Patient Assistant who is VERY incompetent. Along with George Hollie who between the both of them have poor customer service! My first visit this year I was forced to pay $100 for the visit although I had an insurance card it just didn't have Dr Hollie name on it. I called got Cigna on the phone, while standing at Monique's desk, to verify I have Dr. Hollie as a PCP, Monique wouldn't even talk to them and George wouldn't come out the office to deal with me. The Cigna rep even informed me that in the State of Missouri if the Doctor is not on the card they WILL BE PAID FOR MY SERVICES. Monique refused to talk with them saying she does billing all the time and it's their policy but couldn't explain the policy and why I have to pay cash! My 2nd visit this year I called a day ahead of time and spoke with George. He says I will leave a note for them to call and verify your insurance. When I arrive again Monique states Dr. Hollie is NOT contracted through Cigna. I gets CIGNA on the phone, they verify my visit will be paid she is contracted through them! The Cigna rep even got mad and was like I would take my business else where because Dr. Hollie staff is just refusing to accept my insurance and that her practice IS CONTRACTED THROUGH CIGNA! Then my $100 visit consisted of her giving me refills for my meds and reading my blood work. I ask Dr. Hollie could she have given me this over the phone. She replied yes. As a business owner I can't afford for things that are 100% covered! I was very upset and it's ridiculous, I'm a business owner and feel the customer service of her staff is HORRIBLE! And forcing patients to self pay for visits that's covered under insurance is horrible! When maybe training dollars could be spent for a medical billing professional instead of Monique Campbell who is just a Phlebotomist which explains why she wouldn't get on the phone to speak with Cigna!
