My son and I stopped in during a long 13 hr drive. The place was not busy- only a few other tables were occupied. Rainy Monday, Early Evening The atmosphere was nice, inviting, quiet, clean. The order did take longer than expected- as I see in other’s comments, but not so long that we felt skipped over.. and staff came by to update on the order a couple of times, which helped. The service was great, the gentleman taking our order gave recommendations and helped work around our likes/dislikes and vegan diet to create a pizza, and a grilled hoagie, plus some drinks. total approx $40/ reasonable He was super helpful and spent some time with us. The food was hot, looked so good and was delicious! One of the best vegan pizzas we’ve had. We ordered the large size pizza -huge!had a lot ‘to go’ and as we asked for boxes, the guy offered to set us up with fresh drinks to go  knowing we had many hrs of driving ahead of us. That was so nice!  Dietary restrictions: Several Vegan options.

Well my faith is restored in Mellow Mushroom!! This was an amazing pizza experience. We had the mighty meat pizza on the original crust and boy was it delicious!!Food: 5/5

We discovered this chain years ago and it is always great to find one in a town we are visiting or passing through.  While it isn’t either a traditional NY or Chicago style; this is probably one of the best artisan pizza chains available.  We enjoyed a Great White and a Pepperoni on this visit.Recommended dishesLarge, Small, Medium

I had the Great White, BBQ chicken, and a steak and cheese calzone. All the food was amazing, and our server Hannah was excellent! Food: 5/5

My wife and I ate here for an early dinner. We had three appetizers from the happy hour half price menu and a calzone. Our server, Emily, was outstanding. She made great recommendations, was friendly, and kept our glasses filled! We enjoyed our visit and will go back again. Thanks!!

I moved to Bristol 11 months ago, and this was my first visit. Wow! What an incredible surprise the Mellow Mushroom was! The service and the food were outstanding! The overall ambiance of the restaurant was nice, too. We will definitely be back. Highly reccomend  Wheelchair accessibility: Level surfaces

Went as a group from The Gathering Place church/Unchained Motorcycle Ministry of about 50 people and they accommodated us.  We all had amazing food and great fellowship!!!Food: 5/5

No wait to be seated but service was really slow. Our waiter also disappeared on us. Pizza was overpriced and did not have any flavor. The pretzel bites were good. The chicken wings were very tiny and had barley any meat on them. The wings came only with 3 pieces of carrots and 3 pieces of celery. Would not come back here again.Recommended dishesPretzels

The pizza was absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. The peach tea was to die for and our service was excellent!! If I could rate higher I would. We are definitely coming back and making this place a monthly go to eat out place for sure. Although I do not remember our servers name he was on top of things quick and did his job efficiently. Service was definitely immaculate. If you are a fan of ranch dressing ask for ranch trust me.  Kid-friendliness: They have coloring sheets for kids and hang them up when the kids finish them.

I've gone to a few of these restaurants and they do provide a great atmosphere. I came to play trivia with a friend and we had fun with it. However, the restaurant was not busy, our order took 40 minutes and the pizza was lukewarm. Not only that, but a drunk waitress approached us for assistance.Food: 3/5
