New burgers are horrible and need to be removed from the menu. It says they’re served “smashed burger style”.. As you can see, it’s most certainly not smashed at all. It’s a dry puck of meat. Also, the bun was clearly frozen because even after lightly grilling it was still cold. Tater tots were wretched and also tasted like they were frozen and then barely baked to defrost. I tried one and spit it out. The bruschetta was a soggy mess. Stick to their pizza which I love and avoid everything else.  Parking: There are about 10 free spots in the small lot behind the restaurant. You’ll most likely have to pay and park right across the street.

The entire staff was very friendly. Our server Jenny was knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. We didn’t have to wait long. The appetizers came out before the meal, as it should. Thai Dye pizza not pictured was recommended but not on the menu. It was delicious!  Pictured is The great white / vegetable Pizza and the Cloud 9 wings Parmesan garlic. I will definitely be back to this location.

I went to the downtown Decatur location today.  The service was excellent.  I ordered a 10piece roasted wings.  The first problem, I received only 9 wings. The second and most critical problem, they wings were overcooked, tough and were the worst tasting wings I ever received.  If this is your new practice, good luck…you owe it to your customers to do better!!!

Amazing pizza. The mocktails were super fairly priced and were incredible! I’m talking like $3. That’s how you do the fun na mixed drinks.  Brandi was the best part though! Amazing service with a smile! 110%

7-20-19 - Wanted some pizza, and looked at several places, but decided on Mellow Mushroom. We wanted to try a different location, so this one was it. Parking could be tricky on a busy day. We were seated right away. Most people sat outside, we indeed up inside. We were seated right away. Ordered beverages, regular Enlightening Salad, and two large Mighty Meaty pizzas. Service was good. The first pizza didn't have the toppings piled on high like we were use to, but the second one made up for it. Nice ambience and the waiter kept the drinks and good service coming. Nice location, and we would be back.

There is a parking lot behind the building but there are limited spaces for the size of the restaurant. There were plenty of tables open but we had about a ten minute wait for our group of five. The ambiance is fun and colorful. The service was slow, we had to ask for our check after sitting done for a few minutes, also had to ask twice for a togo box.  Parking: Limit spaces

Great Pizza n the Manger was AWESOME he went out of his way across the Street to get my wife a T-shirt! Loved the Atmosphere n Watching them stretch the Pizza Dough!Food: 5/5

The pizza is always great, but the service is consistently some of the slowest I have ever experienced. In 4 visits, I have waited an average of 35 minutes after the estimated time for my relatively simple to-go orders.Food: 5/5

2 stars probably because of the manager who was able to understand that we had a bad experience and the cleanliness else would have been 1star.  We're there half an hour before closing and order a BYOP pizza with a garlic pesto base. The pizza was looking fine. We realize that we got a wrong pizza after downing a slice. As it was closing time and they couldn't make another the manager offered half discount and so we try to eat the remaining. Then the taste started sinking in that the pineapples and chicken weren't fresh. We stop eating and we get the check.  I felt that it was just ridiculous to pay that much for not so pleasant experience. The manager understood our situation and we left without charge.  First timer here not sure if it's just this time or everyone else admiring a mehh pizza.  I would not come back.

We were on our way to another spot, but they were closed. So we ended up here. This is my 1st time at this location. I loved it. Our server was so awesome!!  He was very nice and patient we didn't know what we wanted. He gave a wonderful suggestion to get celery and carrots to go with the spinach dip dietary restrictions. We sat outside. It was very chill. We didn't feel rushed.  I will definitely be back to this location!  Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza.
