hi,

took my daughter in for a trim, not only did they chop off all of her hair, i specifically mentioned that i would still like to put her hair in pony tail as her hair was very long. but i also asked for one straight line , as per the hair dresser she did assure me that this is a straight line. well this is the image of my daughter , people now ask her if she cut her own hair  and i am embarrassed by her hair cut but i also cant fix it as it will make it too short :(

Worst haircut ever my son had here. They only want the money but not professional service and staff. Worst customer service.

i brought my 2years old to get hair cut. the hair stylist had very rude behaviour when my toddler didn't look up for her. don't take your toddler.

I've taken my son three times to this place, the first two times were mediocre at best, but I was more concerned about it being a fun experience for my son instead of fear. But now that he is 2.5, we went back for the last time.  He got a horrendous haircut! I asked her to keep his curls, and she literally gave him a buzz cut.  There are uneven pieces all over his head, he looks ridiculous.   We are so depressed by the butcher job done to my son.  Do Not take your child there, clearly under qualified barbers, better off going anywhere else.
