Probably the worst hair salon I have ever been to. Let me tell you about my experience. I went to this salon and got a haircut, it was decent, not anything great for the price. I didn't even get what I asked for but I said whatever. I then asked to have it shortened a little more when I realized there was barely a change in my hair and they said they would do it for free as I was not satisfied. I went to the salon and the lady did not even wet my hair, she cut it dry and spent a max of 5 mins on the recut. I left without properly checking my hair and my friends examined it and were shocked. It was completely lopsided. The haircut was as if an unexperienced 5 year old had cut my hair with a blindfold on. One end was longer than the other and puffy. When we went back to complain, the doors were closed at 8:45, even though the closing time was 9. We knocked on the door and the owner ignored us and told us "get out, we're closed" and "come back tomorrow". He then gave a shooing away motion to us with his hand and continued to ignore us. We stood there and he simply pretended we did not exist as he finished writing something on his work desk. His facial expression was very ignorant and he made it seem as if we were some kind of annoyance. My friend told him how rude he was and he denied being the owner even though he was. I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service, lack of common courtesy, lack of respect for customer satisfaction and ultimately such lack of experience and skill in the profession itself.

Love, Love, Love my new hair style.  I've had the same hair style for the past 20 years and RINA encouraged me to update my look with a cut and colour.  
Now I go to TALKING HEADS once a week for a wash and style.  RINA is the best hairstylist I've had!  JOHN the owner of TALKING HEADS is fantastic and I love getting a complimentary cappuccino and a bakery treat while getting my hair styled.
