Sort of a fast food for different types of grilled cheese. I had the burger one which was not to bad but the fries were sub-par. Ordered by machine so had to go up after I ordered to the pick up area to request hold the pickels which thankfully they did. Would go back to try the crispy chicken version. Not bad for $20.Food: 4/5
Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches. Had the burger melt — and decided to go with the double patty. A wise move! My wife had the Classic Melt. Also delicious! Original Crispy Chicken good as well, but no comparison to the Burger Melt. And the Nutella shake is a MUST TRY!!

When in Times Square, New York, and in need of a quick and satisfying snack or light lunch, Melt Shop is a great option. I opted for the classic American sandwich, and it turned out to be a delicious choice for a quick and tasty bite.Food: 4/5
We got our food to go as there was no seating on a Saturday night so I will give them the benefit of the doubt as we had to walk a while to get anywhere to sit about 10 minutesTimes Square was packed. The food was getting cold but even then it was still good. My husbands double cheeseburger was good but could have used a little more seasoning on the meat. My bacon grilled cheese was very good. Parmesan fries were just okay.
Very solid chicken sandwich shop. The orders are called out very distinctly so there's no confusion at the pick-up counter. The store was pretty warm inside, but there's an open air courtyard right across the street with plenty of tables. The fries were nice and crispy with plenty of seasoning. The sandwich I got a chicken bacon ranch was well proportioned, so that I could taste all the distinct flavors. I'll definitely head back for a future lunch break.

WORST cheese sandwich and Mac n‘ Cheese ever!! The cheese sandwich lacked flavour, the cheese tasted like nothing and the bread wasn’t properly toasted. The Mac n’ cheese were a complete disappointment. And even worse: the prices were extremely high 13$ for the ridiculous small portion of mac n cheese. The only good thing was the burger…
This was a last minute choice for a quick bite before the theater. The chicken sandwich was perfect- both in size and flavor. The loaded fries and tots have a variety of delicious pickles well worth a try!
