I had to bury my baby in the Hearts(babyland) in 2005. I remember the cheapest headstone was $300+ in 2007 I put a Stone Plaque on the stand on my babies grave that I bought at Hyvee it was $50. I remember leaving Strict instructions concerning this plaque and stand. - When it is time to clean off the graves please leave the plaque where the headstone would go. - Please bring the stand in and give me a call! So I can pick it up as well as the plaque. THEY TOSSED EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH AND SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT HOLD ON TO ANY ITEMS! I cried so hard.. I still haven't put anything on his grave.

The person we met with to find a grave marker was very rude and pushy. I'd never deal with these people again. I'll give it two stars for keeping the grounds looking nice.

This is a wonderfully manicured cemetery where many of my family members are laid to rest. The office staff is super friendly to work with.
