I was in search of a limo and i got a chance to meet my driver and the store proprietor i received 1st class service and even on my wedding day which the weather was miserable in Dec.2016.He waited so patiently and was very courteous to me and my bride.I really do appreciate the service and info i received from my driver and store manager about wedding ideas and how to do it right.Ill recommend Memories to Treasure first if anyone is planning a wedding.It was truly a blessing to meet the manager of this business.

I went in there to get a quote on rental tuxedos and the ladies was being rude.  She didn't get up from the desk. She asked me when my wedding was and she shy, told me that it depends on how you are to her she raise or lower the price. Then when I ask about my dresses for me and my bridesmaid and maid of honor she told me she didn't have the style and it was last year style. I would not be coming back.

I went in yesterday and asked to see wedding gowns. She rudely told me she will not be ordering any and just stared at me. My friend asked if we could at least try on what she had and she huffed. Asked me when the wedding was and I told her in October. So she replies "What I am saying is, you can look at what I have, but since the wedding is 10 months away, I am not ordering anything for you." Ok, 10 months before the wedding is when your supposed to start looking for the damn dress! So she walked us to the room with wedding dresses and just left us there. This was the 2nd store I went to here that had horrible customer service! Do they not want to make money? Sucks for them because I don't even have a limit for what I want to spend on the dress. Just whatever I fall in love with!

I was looking online for a wedding dress and found one I liked. So I wanted to search around the local stores to see if they had something similar or if not to at least get my measurements. My friend and I did a search of wedding dress businesses in Killeen, TX. We were going to a different place but went the wrong way and this store was closest. The sales clerk was very friendly and my friend an I browsed for a little while. I actually found the exact dress in the color I wanted. When I went to try it on it fit perfectly. I was given a discount since the dress was on the 'floor' display but I couldn't be happier.

WORST PLACE EVER.
I have NEVER in my life encountered such terrible customer service.
My dresses were ordered wrong, and they made me drive 30 minutes to their store
just to be INCREDIBLY rude to me. They blamed me for their mistake, then blamed
my bridesmaids. Then they continued to be rude and REFUSE to help me.
This was completely absurd. This place has no business even being open.
They were shady from the beginning as well making my bridesmaids pay full price
instead of letting them pay a down payment.  The dresses were almost $200 each.
This place is ridiculous and I hope it closes VERY soon.
