Horrible experience!!! Don't even bother shopping here!! I've never been to a place of business that has such poor customer service and unwillingness to exchange THEIR product! Getting the "free" pair of scrubs has been nothing but a pain in the arse! I spent well over $ 200 on one transaction and because I got the one pair for "free" I couldn't exchange anything! I wasn't asking for a refund.. a simple exchange! If I had known I would t have accepted the free flipping pair! Hell I wouldn't have even bothered buying form them period! I won't be back! I'll just go to Monarch from now on!

Amasing our first stop of the day had everything we needed in stock which is crazzy bc I need special sizes the young lady at the desk was amazing and helps with it all !!!!!!!!!! A++++++++++++

NEW SCRUB BUYERS BEWARE. I went to this store to purchase scrubs for my new job. The staff was not helpful and too busy restocking the store to even point me in the right direction. Though I spent $100 there, I did end up buy a pair of pants that weren't the right size for me. When I got home and realized this, I immediately put the pants back in the bag with the receipt and waited till the next day to return them. When I went there today the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and didn't even look up from her paperwork to tell me they wouldn't take the pants back because there was one or two white cat hairs on it. I was stunned and insulted by this. I will never be buying from this store again and I will be telling anyone who ask me where to get scrubs to stay clear of that store unless they know exactly what they need.

Absolutely will not return to this store! Staff ordered the wrong size, tried to contact then within 24 hours and took over a week to get a hold of anyone. They refused to return merchandise though it was not my fault the wrong size was ordered, not even with a restocking fee. Did not get my military discount on original ticket. Horrible customer service. Disgusted.
