Have flown out of Memphis a few dozen times and it’s really easy to navigate. Smaller than most airports I’ve been in and no where near the size of a major city airport. Does feel like you stepped into the past, they could easily film a 70’s or 80’s movie there. Most airports I’ve been in have been updated but Memphis not so much except the parking garage. Not the most visually pleasing airport but it is simple to get to all the gates and never have had an issue finding parking.

Small but adequate airport for travels. Very satisfied  Just wished their parking was ramped up. Having a heck of time locating empty spots. So only 4 stars

I’ve never had a problem flying into or out of Memphis. Smaller airport easy to navigate. Quick security process. Amazing nursing room for mommies :) best I’ve seen in an airport.

Actually never flown from here, but I have picked up or dropped off several people. The new cell phone parking lot now has digital arrival and departure of flights. It is so convenient that when a person lands; they text you, pick them up & off you go. Free parking in cell phone lot.

Your TSA agents make this City look horrible! When I spend my hard earned money I shouldn’t be disrespected by people with horrible attitudes, bitter faces and mean tones just to get on a flight! Why must my day be ruined because you don’t want to be here it’s not right and gives the City an even more tarnished outlook!!
