It's fine... Better than SPORT CLIPS. I have gotten (at different times) the BEST haircut and the WORST haircut of my adult life at the same Osgood location (different stylists). The cut you pay for is likely going to be fine, if you want consistently better, then pay more elsewhere.

My boys absolutely love to get their hair cut now!  It's so wonderful to see my little guys come out looking great and feeling good! The massage is an incredible touch!

Went here for over a year- the haircuts aren’t that bad, it’s the management, appointment scheduling, and timeliness that have made me stop going. I am always 5 minutes early to my appointment and I typically wait around 10-15 minutes until they get me in which is fine, I can understand 5-10 minutes behind schedule as long as it’s occasional. Recently, there was one time I couldn’t make my appointment unless I was about 5-10 minutes so I called ahead to let them know. There is apparently a 5 minute late rule and said I would have to reschedule, and due to my future travel plans, followed through with the reschedule because I needed a haircut. I went to my rescheduled appt next day and waited over 20 minutes without any apologies or notices so I walked out. My time, as a customer, is just as important as yours.

  I now go to their competitor down the road.

I go here regularly and almost always leave with a decent haircut. I don't get anything fancy. I'm never super disappointed, but there has been a time or two (out of 20) where I felt it could have been better. The stylists are always nice and seem to know when to keep the conversation going and when to let you relax. They do a shampoo and conditioner with a quick massage at the end. For a 15 dollar haircut, I think it's a good deal.
