We did my son's first haircut here after it was recommended to us by some friends. We made an appt and we're told when we walked in that they were running 10 minutes behind. We waited 20 mins. Christa cut it much shorter than we wanted. She cut it in maybe 10 minutes and then told us we would have to finish it at home. There are longer strands throughout that were missed. One ear she didn't cut around at all. I understand that it's tough to cut little kid's hair but this is ridiculous. Tempted to call and ask them for a redo but I don't want to put my kid through an experience like that again.

Great place for a nice cut and friendly service! I had just recently moved to Fargo and found my place right away. I get my cuts with Brenna and am very satisfied with them each time. Recommended for anyone looking for a great haircut in Fargo!

First time coming here. Made an appointment. They were able to get me in way before my appointment. Everyone was awesome and friendly. Miranda took care of me, and would recommend her!

I; as of now, have ultimately stopped coming to men's hair house. Every single time I have stopped in for a hair cut  in the past two months ( 3 times ) they say they are booked for the rest of the day. This is the third time. Ladies it's 4:30 pm. No you're not. 

I'm a young, clean, well kept man in sales and management. So it's not like I'm some near homeless looking heathan with bad hygiene or something that would make them want me out right away. 

So today, I decided to investigate.

I find this all very hard to believe as there are three people working as I sit and write this. One man is getting a cut, no one waiting in the lobby (literally not a soul waiting). I'll repeat again. NO ONE WAITING IN THE LOBBY. Three people working. One person busy doing their job. I stood at the counter for near to five minutes while they chatted and carried on. After being told they were completely booked for the next 3 hours I left. 

I sat and waited outside for over twenty minutes while I waited for my turn at your competitor a few doors down. The one man getting a cut left, none arrived. If they honestly want people to believe they are "fully booked" on a Tuesday at 4:30pm.... when the salon is COMPLETELY EMPTY they're flat out crazy. 

As someone that operates a business I would be furious if I knew my staff were turning away business for no apparent reason I can fathom aside from not wanting to work. 

Does a men's haircut take more than 20 minutes? No. I would know. Ive had hundreds in my lifetime. I just got one at your competitor and it took fifteen minutes and that's with the nose, eyebrow wax. 

You're either paying them too much to where they feel the tips aren't relevant or you've got wasted payroll. 

It's just disappointing because you were always a walk in welcoming business with good service for me, my family, my wedding party, my colleagues. Now the quality of your services and the longevity of your business are at the will of barely and arguably adult stylists that would rather laugh and giggle with their friends than actually provide service at their place of work. Your place is quite clean, and looks like expensive real estate for a men's salon. not a good combination when the stylists don't actually work. 

I never write bad reviews. I just can't stand being treated as second class because your staff doesn't understand why they are at your salon in the first place.

Only reason for 2 stars is the fact that while she stood there and lied to me, she was smiling.
