Worked with Daimon. He was fantastic! Myself and my wedding party purchased new suits. It went very smoothly. He got everyone in the wedding party properly measured, everything was tailored correctly and the suits look and fit great!

Put me in a suite twice my size. I'm pretty sure they gave me the wrong suite. Had to buy my own Plaine white button up because it was so bad. Be sure you try it on in the store if you rent a suit from here

The "tailor" had me sized and marked up for a suit, charging around $20 per alteration. I had no problem with this until I received the suit only to find the pants were not only cut to the wrong length but they also were an extra 2 inches wide, considering he need 2 weeks and around $80 I would have hoped for an outfit I could wear without looking like a weight watchers after picture with pants that dwarf me.

Horrible customer service. There were 4 employees working while we walked in, we all made eye contact but no one even tried to greet us. We were also the only customers there that time. I knew they already profiled us so we purposely walked around the whole store to see if they'll come help us. The manager even walked past us and didn't even care to help us or greet us! As we finished walking around the whole store, no one even dared to come by. We came back later and confronted the manager about it and he said maybe they were "busy" doing inventory. WOW. So make sure you guys don't go during inventory time because the manager Damon and his crew are too busy. He even told us that we should "ask" for help next time. Why? Because of our skin color? How we dress? Why can't employees who work RETAIL do their job and help customers instead of customers having to ask for help especially when they're the only ones there. So if you're Asian and don't match their standards, please consider going somewhere else.
