I received excellent help from their assistant manager Charlie. I'm kind of an odd fit and he did a great job helping me find something that was the style cut and fit just for me. Prices are very fair. Lots of choices from more conservative traditional suits to contemporary  fashion.  Sales are excellent. I picked up a suit for 60% off. I will definitely be going back. Seems best time to go is early afternoon on a weekday. I will only one or two other customers.

Great service. Needed a complete work wardrobe and Ashley took great care of me. She listen to what my tastes were and selected precisely what I was looking for.  Pants were hemmed in a timely fashion. They even ordered in two shirts they didn't have in my lanky size which were ready when I came in to pick up my suits and trousers. 
Quality clothes are pricey. There doesn't seem to be any way around that. But these guys have decent sales which keep the costs within reason.

Husband is in a wedding and they gave us $200 men's warehouse gift card to use towards suit.  11 days before wedding we make the drive over to see what we can get.  The women helping us said she would have to order his suit saying he is too large for their inventory.  My husband is not petite but is not obese.  He wears size 32 pant and is about 195 pounds.  We ask if we will have time to get his suit before the wedding.  Pants and jacket would be $375.  She assured us we have plenty of time and collected his contact information.  Here we are 3 days before the wedding and we still have not heard from her.  Thankfully we found everything at jc penny  $150 less than men's warehouse quote.  We returned the gift card to the groom as we have no intention on returning to this store.

They lost my suit.  Bought suit for wedding, needed alterations.  When I try to pick up the suit.  It was 100 miles from Prescott.

If I could give zero stars I would. 
Went in for a buy one get one half off and picked out two suits. First suit was for my dad, he found one in store the first visit and it was tailored appropriately the first try.
My suit had to be shipped from another store. When it arrived a week later I tried it on and it was enormous on me. All that was said by my salesperson (manager Sandy) was "once it's tailored it'll fit." Went back and still too big. By this time we've paid for the suits and found out that the suits did not qualify for the BOGO deal and got nailed with hefty tailoring fees on top of that. 
Went back after the second go around with the tailor and the suit is just flat out too big and she can do nothing more. 
Store won't take the suit back but instead tells sob story about margins and profits and how the suits were marked down already. Clearly they care only about making the sale and despite my frequent trips into the store they still could never remember my name.
