I love our local Kohl's. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hours are great. Of course, it is best to shop sales and clearance. Don't forget to use your rewards and Kohl's cash. They try to have enough registers open to handle customer flow. I have experienced problems with this while shopping on my lunch hour and have had to leave before I could purchase my goods. They used to have an amazing selection of perfumes but it seems to have dwindled. I also wish they would carry a better selection of women's and children's athletic shoes. Overall a very good shopping experience.

One of my favorite places to find the exact style of clothes, shoes, or anything unique that I'm looking for and cannot find anywhere else unless it's online.! Lots to choose from, love the Kohl's cash!!!! The more you spend, the more you save 😉😀👏

Customer Service rep in the back of store was not very nice. We had a return and I felt like we were bothering her, like she was too busy to do her job or that we were putting her out. I had to do an exchange but could have easily gotten a refund and gone elsewhere.

It's normally so busy, but thankfully I went before the crowds, and found exactly what I was looking for. Check out was quick. Store was tidy and neat, and the prices are always reasonable, especially with a coupon.
