Promised my fiancé his suit for Tuesday because we are having a destination wedding and leaving on Wednesday. Arrive at the store to pick it up for they don't have it. It isn't arriving until Thursday because the associate that helped him didn't fix the information in the system. Now they are scrambling to pull something together to fix the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customer service at an all time low.

This place is totally scam. My husband went there and bought jacket and pants for $650 and left them for the alteration. And he went back to there next morning to pick them up. And asked them to do price match with their website price. They charged $650 but website price was $250 with exact same jacket and pants. They said, "We just start on sale from today..." and money back to his credit card $380, not $400. Because they used $20 off coupon (with purchase $100 or more) when they charged $650. But they didn't want to use coupon with discounted price. My husband just left from there to avoid to hear their unprofessional excuses... They didn't even finished alteration properly...

horrible service. lost tux 3 days before wedding. manager, ANTHONY. needs to be fired for the horrific way we were treated after the suit was already half payed for! he offered no apology, no sense of urgency to help, no empathy, no care whatsoever. we had email confirmation as well as the stores computer system itself saying the suit was in the store, YET IT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! nasty attitude towards company. please fire this jerk and poor excuse of a manager.
