I can't even understand how, at 10am on a Tuesday, the men's suiting is a disaster. I've worked retail, and would have never closed a store looking that bad. Sizes we're all mixed up. Pants and hangers were falling off. Brands all mixed in... This was the full price merchandise. Not the sale bars. At least the woman was slightly helpful, a little inconvenienced... But working with that mess I could understand her frustration.

I received good customer service from Brandon in the Men's Suit Department.

Sandwiched in between Sears, JCP and Kohl's you would think they would have better prices. I like to pay for quality things but some of the prices are crazy. $55 for a necktie?

Went there two weeks ago to buy a jacket for my husband. Asked a sales associate to get me the right size and waited for 30 minutes. She came back and told me she couldn't find it. Went back again today to look for shoes and captured this picture in the women's shoes section. Didn't see any employees nearby to help the customers.

Depends on when you go to this Macy's.  Can be a hit or miss with respect to cleanliness.  The shoe department was completely demolished one Saturday when I went but looked pristine on another.  Another average Macy's shopping experience.

This is the worst Macy’s ever with the worst staff. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to wait at least 20 mins in the checkout line every single time
